Guarantee Policy for VacuumCleanerShop.com

• All Products sold by VacuumCleanerShop.com must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for any refund or exchange.  Customers who received free shipping will be charged our actual reshipping cost for returns or exchanges unless the error was our fault. Products received after 14 days will be subject to the original shipping charge (even if you received free shipping) and a 20% restocking fee. Orders that are refused at time of delivery will receive a refund minus the cost of actual shipping even if you received free shipping. We are available by phone or E-mail to answer your product questions. Please contact us before placing your order if you are not 100% sure that you are ordering the correct item.
   

• E-mail us or call us before returning any part of your order to receive your RMA number.
  RMA numbers must be clearly displayed on the outside of your returned package.
  Packages returned to us without a valid RMA number will be "Returned To Sender".

• Order errors that are clearly the fault of VacuumCleanerShop.com will be corrected entirely at our expense. We will ship the corrected order and provide the customer with return postage for the incorrect part.
