Visitor : Yes. There is a long tool-like
apparatus on the back of the machine - I
believe it's a tool for cleaning the
head, but I have no idea how to get in
there. It doesn't look like it can be
Paul : Well, it sounds like you are
describing the Nozzle Clean Out Tool. Is
it a piece of flexible plastic about 12
inches long, 3/4 of an inch wide, with
sort of a double-sided hook at the end?
Visitor : Yes !
Paul : Do you know your model number?
Visitor : Hold on...I'll go and look..
Visitor : F6024-900
Paul : OK, locate the opening in the

tool is very thin and flexible.
Visitor : I don't believe i have that.
is there something else i could use?
Paul : Not that I can think of right
now. The nozzle clean out toll sells for
$3.99 plus shipping.
Visitor : Are they for sale in stores
that carry the Steam Vac? Target, Best
Buy, or Wal-mart?
Paul : I don't know, but I doubt it.
Visitor : So I need to go to the Hoover
website to order?
Paul : I have it available right here.
It is key # 55 on the page on the next

Visitor : I see it only goes up to
Paul : You're welcome.
Visitor : Good bye, and have a good day.
