How do I place my order ?
First find the part or bag you're looking for and click on the appropriate "Add to shopping cart" button. (you can add or delete products as you go). When you are finished shopping just click on the "Go to check out now" button, follow the instructions for method of ordering and method of payment.

Is your web site secure ?
General information and product display pages are not secure. However, our shopping cart is secure - all personal and credit card information is encrypted and transmitted securely - this will be shown in most browsers as a locked padlock. How long will it take for me to receive my order ?
Most US orders will be received in no more than 10 business days. APO's and FPO's and Puerto Rico may take 3 or 4 days longer. Canadian, Mexican, European and Asian orders may take from 10 days to 8 weeks depending on the method of shipment you choose.

Do you sell to countries other than the US ?
We sell to Canada, Mexico, and most countries in Europe and Asia that US export laws will allow (credit card orders only) - Please be aware that non-US shipping costs will be significantly higher and that the exchange rate between the US and other countries will in most cases add to the cost of the order. (Email us for an estimate)

Are all your bags Genuine ?
Not all bags we sell are 'Genuine' - those that are will specify 'Genuine' in the product description. Non-genuine bags will be described as 'replacement' in the product description. We sell only top quality vacuum cleaner bags whether they are 'Genuine' or 'Replacement' and we guarantee that our 'replacement' bags will be equal to or better than the 'Genuine' bag.
